Embodying Our Integration
Over time and across a multitude of modalities and frameworks, I have cultivated a deep practice, application, and ever-evolving understanding of astrology, including the Human Design framework and the Gene Keys teachings, which acts as a guide, tool, and teacher for opening doors to facets of self-discovery.
The framing of a Divine Assignment intends to captivate and articulate the magnitude of the mystery and certainty of our soul's mapping of our unique, personal journey amidst the collective cosmos we exist within. The study of the stars through astrology is deeply rooted across cultures, bridges science, traditional knowledge and spirituality, and has been practiced throughout time. And even with the richness of this knowledge, there is so much room for creating and expressing new lenses on interpretation, meaning, and application.

Embracing Lesson
There are many paths we can seek to understand our soul's purpose. Many teachings and frameworks deduce that if we, as souls, had planned to be here at this time, there must be some way to read that plan. Or perhaps at least be able to find it.
In and amongst the vast domain of astrological teachings, methodologies, emerging translations, and traditional foundations - the inherent truth about astrology is that free will is ours to fully experience at our soul and spiritual level of choice. That is to say that whatever resonates with us (or not) is still inevitably up to us to do something about (or not).
Astrology, as a framework, is energetically neutral. What makes a transit “challenging” or “beneficial” is mostly determined by our perspective, but most importantly by how we choose to react and respond to these energies that are unapologetically moving across the sky in predictable patterns.
As planets move across the sky, passing through the constellations we use to map out the astrological signs we reference, they also move through our personal charts and influence our natural energetic state with their presence. Sometimes a transit can amplify or compliment energies that we are personally familiar with, and sometimes the presence of a particular planet in a particular degree in our chart can initiate something profoundly uncomfortable. It’s also entirely possibly that a transit’s energy isn’t felt – whether that’s due to the placement or one’s personal connection to their energetic state at that time.
My belief is that nothing is “right” or “wrong”, and in exploring the truths of our experiences often it can be helpful to consider what makes up our energetic environment, not just our social, professional, emotional, mental, or physical ones. So I have learned to look to the stars.

Functional Resiliency Training
Embodying Our Best Selves
Functional fitness refers to movements, patterns, and exercises that support our fundamental biomechanics and develop improvement in the areas of strength, mobility, and natural physiological functioning — humans are a part of the natural world, after all, whether we embrace it or not. When we focus on how our bodies and internal systems are designed (to hold weight, process nutrients, respond to external stimuli, etc.), we increase our range of natural resiliency towards movements, foods, and stressors that introduce dys-function (or require, as a defence mechanism) so that we can spend more time reacting from or returning to our balanced centres of inner connectedness.
My contribution in this area is to relay and support your unique exploration through the Functional Patterns framework. This modality focuses on results (as opposed to process) because fit-ness is not a “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to bodies, experiences, or conditions. I am trained (and have personal experiences) in the breadth of tools, exercises, and instructions, which I then compliment and customize through my personal attunement. Our focus together is to building resilience — using functional posture as our access point and fulcrum for change.
Sessions are highly customized based on each individual’s goals, intentions, willingness, and comfort.
